Due to the limited amount of quantities we carry in our store, we do not provide refunds. However, if you are not satisfy with your purchase we are more than happy to provide an exchange or store credit. Please review our exchange policy below.
Exchanges and Store Credit:
All apparel items can be exchanged within 7 days of the receiving the merchandise. After 7 day, no exchanges or store credit can be received. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost on all return merchandise.
To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags attached.
No exchanges or store credit on sales items, gift cards, accessories or home goods including jewelry, lotions, soaps, handbags, sunglasses and candles.
Please follow instructions below for return:
1. Email email@example.com and request for a return RA #. (We will not be able to issue an exchange or store credit without an RA #)
2. Once you receive an RA # and instructions for the exchange or store credit, please ship the merchandise back in its original form unworn with all tags attached and a copy of the receipt along with the return form that will be emailed to you.
3. Place the RA # visibly on the outside of the box.
4. Please ship all exchange items to the address below.

5. Once the package is received by Nhu Avenue, please allow 3-5 days to process the exchange or store credit.
