1 Tell us a little bit about yourself?
Hi! My name is Meilani (may-lawn-ee). I’m originally a small town girl from Checotah, Oklahoma but I moved to OKC after graduating from my alma mater the University of Oklahoma. I still love returning to Norman often to attend OU sporting events and as an alumna advisor to my sorority Kappa Alpha Theta. I love living in OKC and all the opportunities it provides, but I also cherish the ties to my small town and Norman.
2 What do you currently do and what do you love most about your job?
I have been a medical defense attorney for almost four years. I value the ability to provide a voice for and defend individuals who have dedicated their life to caring for others.
3 What do you love most about Oklahoma City?
I love how lively OKC is and how it is constantly growing - there’s always a new place to explore or fun event to attend!
4 What are some of your favorite places to shop and eat?
I love all of the places in Midtown, but I especially love Halls Pizza for dining and Nhu Avenue for allll of the shopping!
